At MFI, building healthy, strong, and influential leaders who will impact their
communities is our central focus. Healthy leaders build
healthy churches, and they set an example of godly character for the world to follow.

To realize this strategic mission, MFI was founded in 1987 with the express purpose of creating a network of pastors and leaders of independent churches, bringing a sense of accountability, connection, and training. Accountability and trust permeate MFI and is demanded of our leadership team, practiced in our operations, and emphasized in our values. Trust must be earned, and once earned, protected at all costs – because without trust, the leadership process is empty.

As much as we require trust of our leadership team, we continually seek to create a culture of transparency and growth among leaders that spreads to every local church leadership team. We facilitate training courses and seminars to equip leaders with the best material for church leadership and growth. We developed an expansive website that allows members to interact with other like-minded leaders from around the globe, including leaders in the Americas, Asia, Europe, and South Africa. In addition, we host an annual conference that brings together our current and prospective members for a powerful four days of training, imparting, praying, and genuine face-to-face interaction with members that leaves the leader with the tools he or she needs to build a healthy, strong church.

While MFI has excelled in building a solid community of healthy leaders with godly character, we know there are still more leaders and churches who need a network like MFI to encourage them and help them build healthy churches. Chairman’s BIO

Frank and his wife, Sharon, pastor City Bible Church, a thriving multi-site church characterized by dynamic prayer, worship, and preaching. They are passionate about living like Jesus and sharing His love. Frank has a Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Ministry from Oral Roberts University and has authored over thirty books, including The Making of a Leader, Seasons of Intercession, and Attitude of Faith. He speaks locally, nationally, and internationally, and is dedicated to raising up leaders and building world-impacting local churches.
