Cancellation, Transfer & Refund Policy

What is your cancellation/transfer policy?

Cancellation Policy: Pre-purchased registrations for events and conferences are non-refundable. In some circumstances a refund may by considered provided it is submitted in writing to admin@mfi.org.au at least 3 weeks (ie 21 days) prior to the event. Where these cancellations are approved, an $80 cancellation fee will normally be retained by Ministers Fellowship International. Cancellations under 3 weeks (20 days under) of the event will forfeit the full registration fees, due to costs already committed to suppliers for the event.

Transfer Policy: If you are unable to attend a particular venue, some registrations are transferable to other venues. Please contact us to enquire about transferring your registration. Limitations apply. Registrations cannot be transferred from one year to the next – they must be used in the same year. Contact us admin@mfi.org.au
